Collaboration Policy

We love connecting with creators who appreciate handmade art and thoughtfully crafted pieces. To ensure a smooth, transparent, and joyful experience for everyone, please review our collaboration terms below.

1. Creators with Under 10K Followers

  • Purchase 1 Product + Receive 1 Free Gift: Purchase one product of your choice from our collection and receive one complimentary gift, handpicked with love by HetAas Atelier.
  • Pre-paid & Shipping: Orders must be prepaid in full, and shipping charges are to be borne by the creator/buyer.
  • 1 Instagram Reel Deliverable: Create and post one high-quality Instagram Reel featuring both products, ensuring clear product aesthetics, natural lighting, and accurate product pricing without alteration or misrepresentation.
  • Instagram Collab Post: The Reel must be published as an official Instagram Collab post with @hetaas_atelier (accepted on our profile).
  • Performance Insights Submission: Share your Reel's performance insights via DM/email after 7 days and 15 days of publication (including reach, plays/views, likes, comments, shares, and saves).
💡 Tip: Our handcrafted resin treasures require 4–6 days of curing and polishing. Creators are encouraged to plan their content schedules around dispatch timelines.

2. Creators with 10K+ Followers

We warmly welcome barter and paid collaboration proposals from established lifestyle, aesthetic, art, and gifting creators!

  • Deliverables, product selections, and compensation terms will be tailored and mutually agreed upon based on your content quality, niche, audience demographics, and engagement rate.
  • Long-term brand ambassadorships, festive campaign series, and giveaway collaborations can also be structured on mutual fit.

3. Collaboration Agreement & Commitments

Before proceeding, both parties will review and sign a brief collaboration agreement confirming the agreed deliverables, posting timeline, and guidelines.

  • Timelines & Communication: We kindly request that all agreed deliverables and deadlines be respected. In case of any unforeseen delay, please communicate with us in advance so an alternative timeline can be mutually rescheduled.
  • Resolution: If the Reel is not published within the agreed window or performance insights are withheld, we will reach out for an update and work towards a resolution in accordance with the signed agreement.
  • Content Usage: HetAas Atelier reserves the right to repost, feature, and showcase collaboration content with proper credit to the creator across our official social channels.
